Craigslist AutoFlagger Program Needed

I am looking for someone who is very familiar with Craigslist and can make an autoflagger program. It would have to be able to; 1) allow me to choose which cities to flag 2) autoflag a predetermined amount of posts 3) not flag posts with certain characters or words in the title 4) use proxies in this format- 1.1.1.1:80 5) use private proxies in this format- username:password@1.1.1.1:80 5) clear cookies and rotate to the next proxy after every flag 6) save settings so they can be easily recreated when run again 7) run multithreaded (flag multiple posts at once, each with a different proxy) 8) be updated by you if it ceases to work (price for these updates is negotiable) Funds will be put into escrow. I will want full featured demo to test for 24 hours. If all works as expected funds will be released to you after testing.
