Cell Phone Video Software

Please READ CLOSELY!! We are in need of someone that can provide a custom application that would allow cell phone users to watch videos on their phones. This might involve a WAP website where the video is streamed and the user could access the site from their phone, or it may involve creating a special piece of software that could load onto cell devices that would actually allow this to happen. We are unsure of the needed solution. We do know that we do not wish to use a 3rd party application to make this happen and would very much like to have the right coder create the solution. Therefore, no existing code libraries can be used for this project and it must be developed from scratch by the selected coder. I look forward to reviewing your bid submission. ALL new coders to RAC will need to produce some type of working DEMO in order to have your bid accepted or considered. Without this, your bid will be completely ignored. Sorry, but we are only looking for serious coders on this. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
