I was drawn towards this position mainly due to my interests in Embedded Development. My name is Akif Usman and I am working as an embedded software Engineer with more than 3 years of work experience with programming in C/C++. Throughout my career, as an embedded developer, I have managed to acquire sufficient knowledge and experience of working with the areas which you consider a requirement for this position. I have worked with the development of the 3G protocol stack. The experience came with a series of hands on experience with the an embedded OS, make tools, different platforms, object oriented software design, software abstraction/concurrency modeling methods and different VCS. I have also worked with other embedded systems aimed at development of TV software. With this experience I have widened the scope of my expertise to a different level.
