compile and unpack downloaded rar file (2 Parts) into exe installer

Hi I purchased a downloaded program that is delivered in two parts in 2 rar files..now I have to extract and compile it into iso for burning to CD. I need someone to download both files form the server and extract it and make it into an exe file which should be sent to me so I can execute them easily. I have problems unpacking and compiling since programming is not my field of expertise. The file is huge and downlaod takes 10 hours each..so keep that in mind when bidding. I do not have a large budget but I can give you an really good feedback for your work. Thanks.
