Auto site submission tool

I require a progam to do the following: 1) Browse to a webpage that has a form on it via the program 2) Setup the program to use the page form so that the program enters the details into the correct fields (name, email, address, phone plus more from a excel document/text file) 3) Enter these fields to the program only once for the website, so entering data into the same site is quicker next time (ie. save for later use) 4) MUST be able to solve captchas when needed. 5) MUST after each submission the ip address MUST be changed to another ip 6) NEEDS to look simple and professional. 7) We have a company logo which we want added to the software. 8) The software will be windows desktop based not online based (maybe cross platform if poss for mac). 9) MUST be 100% bug free. 10) MUST include all of the features we have listed. captcha's could be a range of any of these [login to view URL] There will be more work including projects like this that I hope to build a good relationship with you for more projects.
