Need a function capable of taking a Filepath or URL (preferably URL) and returning a string with the characters in it.
Example captchas can be seen below. This function will be called in a .NET app, but can be in C/C++ provided it can be called using DllImport.
Can provide more examples for testing purposes to the coder given the contract.
