Assist me with Bulk Marketing

I have built this website: [login to view URL] and I am looking for a manager whose task will be to develop the business: - bring users to the website - suggest improvements - raise money / venture capitalist - hire people from freelancer or outside to implements his suggestions The manager will be given monthly budgets to develop the site and will be paid as long as he/she adds values. The role is very much entrepreneurial in nature. New "freelancer projects" will be agreed upon every month between me and the person who will be hired to facilitate payment. Regards, BMD
