blog commenting work required for do follow blogs only

we need 200 blog comments posted only from do-follow blogs. the pages where the comments appears, these pages should have themselves PR1 atleast. the pages should be non porn,gambling and other such offensive sites.
other than that you can post comments in any do follow blogs, the theme would not matter. this work should be done within 7 days, and we would make it a weekly project to provide 200 comments each 7 days.
only 1 comment per page, each page where comment appears should have PR1.
let me know a seperate bid amount for commenting on blogs where the PR does not have to be 1+. this would also be for 200 comments each seven days.
