Design an Advertisement

Dear Designers, I need to design 3 elegant ads for a client of mine. Size will be no wider than 600 pixels and length about 200 pixels - but can be longer if required. They are for plastic surgeon so need to look high end. I want a common theme so they look like a different offer from the same business. So same fonts and layout will help achieve this. Attention must be drawn to the special offer price reduction. Choose modern high end fonts. I have 3 images ready to go as attached - you may like to use another if these are not suitable. I've also attached someone elses effort to show what NOT to do from a styling perspective as well as which images relate to the ad text. Please send samples of what you propose would look good. I pictured having the image to the right with the text on the left.
