Design an airtight enclosure to duct air and provide physical support.
The job is to replace an existing open frame support for a large battery pack, about 0.5 m by 2 m, with an air tight enclosure that will guide cooling air. The enclosure:
1. Needs to support around 100 kg of batteries.
2. Is to manufactured out of fire retardant, insulating material; e.g. fiberglass.
3. The batteries will need be mounted on internal rails or similar.
4. Glands will need to be fitted to seal round cables and to provide strain relieve.
5. Boots will need to be fitted round bus bar to seal them.
6. A method of stacking enclosures vertically and horizontally is required.
7. A method of attaching eye bolts for lifting is required.
8. Will require 'freelancer' to visit site, West Lindfield, Sydney, to discuss project in detail.
