Refine architectural design, produce architectural cad drawings and refine a simplified SketchUp model.

We need an architect to refine architectural design, produce architectural cad drawings and refine a simplified SketchUp model. We need Architectural drawings of this building to apply for a building permit and a simplified 3D model in Sketchup. The concept is not fully thought through but on its way. It needs finishing work. Background The building is designed for an internet company buying materials, decorating and selling over the internet. Today 30 employees and expecting to be 60 in a year. The two owners will live in the apartments on the second floor of the main building. Supplied material We have supplied a very simple Sketchup model showing the building volume and some external measurements as well as a .dwg model with sections through the main building and the wing buildings as well as a floor plan created from by the owner in a different program and imported into Autocad. The spelled out dimensions rule over any measurements taken from either model. Architectural requirements The produced design must be feasible, hence, the stairs must be correct to walk in, kitchen must be usable, etc. BUT, the expectation is not that there should only be minor changes to the supplied floorplans. The small connecting buildings between the main building and the two wings that can be seen in the SketchUp model has been added after the floor plans was produced, hence, the floorplans needs to be adapted to that. Any marked (spelled out) dimensions rule over any measurements taken from either model. Drawings in Autocad The drawings need to be drawn in Autocad in mm with precision, hence, no measurements may have any decimals when checked, use the snap functions. A simple layer strategy must be used to separate text, dimensions, structural, windows etc. We expect the following drawings: - Floorplan bottom floor (all connected buildings) - Floorplan second floor (Main building) - Refined sectional drawings of main building, wing building, connecting building - Façade drawings - Site drawing Model in SketchUp A very simple SketchUp model is supplied with the project, it needs to be refined with windows, doors, eaves, etc. Windows, doors etc need to be separate components. Do not need any materials applied.
