I want to make a Sample Drawing for a Proposed Building The Proposed Plot is Having Main Road Frontage of 19.7 meters North-West side . An Access road is on the North-East Side with frontage of 19.7 Meters . The Plot is Square in Shape 19.7 meters each side . I want to design a Building with Ample Parking space / Stilt Parking 1st floor completely for commercial purpose . Totaling approx 1800 Sqft Second Floor Consisting of 2 Small apartments each. Totaling approx 1800 Sqft Total height of the building should not exceed 10 meters . All other amenities such as Rain water Harvesting , Septic tank and over head water tanks to include.
