Bangalore (or Badami) based Architect required for making a masterplan

We are looking for a Bangalore (or Badami) based architect in helping me build a climbing station in Badami where we could train climbers as well as welcome travellers (ie., non-climbers) to use the space as a camp site. We have a clear vision of what needs to be built and am building a presentation to pitch to some interested investors. At the moment we are looking for hiring someone just for the masterplan. These would include a report with visuals/illustration, construction typology, projected costs, work phases, timelines, etc. Attaching pictures of the land as well. It is about one acre area. A visit to the site can be arranged if you wish. The selected candidate will be given priority in hiring an architect/firm to take up the entire project once we get the ball rolling.
