Autocad drafting

For an engineering project in instrumentation, I need to copy and paste data (1 line per drawing) from an excel file into existing autocad drawing and fill in title block with doc number, PO number, Unit n°, doc title and page numbering. Drawings will be performed per unit with all tags include in this unit. Each instrument has between 2 and 5 accessories ( = 1 drawing per instrument + 1 drawing per accessory). 2 jobs are concerned and total of drawings is around 600 layouts for around 400 tags. confidential agreement is required.
