CAD drawing of drilling pattern for aluminium flat bar (louvre component) required immediately

Require 3 x CAD drawings done for use in factory. The product is a 75x3 aluminium flat bar, and needs to be drilled to take 10 gauge countersunk screws for fixing to aluminium louvre blades. The holes need to be dimensioned so that our drill operator can mark them onto the flat bar prior to fabricating. Attached is a CAD file of the louvre blade and sketches of the three layouts required. Please ask at time of bidding if any further information is required.
