Audiodesign for Animated video

I make animated 2D videos. I have a guy already who does audiodesign. But he is not always capable to fulfill my very last minute jobs. And I am also expanding business so looking for a second guy/girl. Most of the times we have the video ready, the music is chosen (sometimes this will also be part of the deal) and all we need is to have whooshes, plops, and other sfx added. We will mix the video to it's final version. We have fast 2D's with regular sounds, but also videos that are somewhat different like the one attached. I have taken most of the Voice-over out because of clients confidentiality . I have just had a very bad experience with a programmer via Freelance. So let me say it straight, I hate people who can just stay offline for more then 24 hrs and do not answer messages. Sure, when you are on holiday it might take some time to answer an email, but normally you would be someone to answer an email roughly in 2-4 hrs time, and within 12 hrs for sure. We are talking about 1 to 3 jobs per month, so it's not going to be a s...load of work. But hopefully we will grow and grow and grow :) Most of the times, the job needs to be executed within 24hrs. Preferably you also understand Dutch (about 75% of the animations are dutch),rest is English. It will help you get a higher quality becuase you understand the mood of a character etc, but it is not a must. Most videos are 1-3 minutes. I expect you to do the job within 1.5 hrs. Reward is € 75,- If I also need music, € 150,- exclusive of costs of music (audiojungle preferred) Sometimes I take on a client with a much longer length of video for cheapass pricing. Just to get the client onboard. I have one of these right now (2 animations), they will also go for the € 75,- I would like to see three ANIMATED videos you have done the sfx for. Thats what I expect..is it a lot? Better to say it now :) What do you expect from me?
