Build a Flash Video

I want to have produced a short video to post on YouTube that requires creativity. I want to record a quick script and or either video myself or someone else where we are talking and then I reach up to my forehead and a CD drive (like on a computer) appears. I push the button and the CD drive opens. I reach up, lift the CD out and it has text on it marked "Hidden flies and Mental Virus's" I then take the disk and fling it way. Then the camera pans to a keyboard where I start typing and text and pictures start filling up on the screen (first slow than faster incraeasing to a blur). then the screen says "Done" and I open the CD drive, lift out the disk and show the new disk with text on it like "My Dream Life", I put the new disk back into the CD in my forehead, close the drive and start to walk off and there are flashes of successful things happening like money, love, etc. I am not sure the best way to do this and need help in putting it together.? Should I attempt to film it locally and then have you edit it or can you produce it with actors if I give the script? This is a commercial for a new seminar we will be conductiing soon and looking for talent that can help me do this on a small budget.? If you are interested, please reply with question, suggestions and pricing for what you can do either if I provide the video and you just do that anamation or you can do it turnkey.
