Architectural Concept

I need an architectural layout concept to show the plan of what we want to build in our next retirement community project.

I have the idea of what I want. I want someone to help me draw it out nicely (with an artist/architect's vision).

This is my idea for the project:

Imagine a plant with its main stem and the branches with leaves.

The plan of this project will look like it.

The main stem will be a broad corridor (10feet wide) going in the shape of a horseshoe. (See? [url removed, login to view]). From this main stem, there will be branches that go out. Each branch will then open out like a leaf, with condominiums (living apartments) along the edges and the middle of the leaf will be the courtyard which will be shared by all the units in that leaf.

Each unit will have a front door to the oitside and also have an attached garage. There will be a road running around the leaf on the outside, which will go to the next leaf etc.

The center of the corridor will have a Lotus temple.

I need a concept sketch. Later on (separate work) we might render it into a 3D view of the whole layout.
