A few financial calculations - the future of my life - Repost - open to bidding

Currently a PAYG salary earner, I want to start my own business/ go freelance. So I need to take advantage of permanent employment now to secure a bank loan for some form of investment. I need to find an accountant to do some calculations to help investigate best option for an investment strategy, given my current situation: - regular salary earner - a small amount in Savings, a small amount in Superannuation - I own one small property outright but do not live in it, am currently renting - wondering about SMSF - tax/ financial evaluation I need someone Australian, familiar with Australian systems, taxation etc, who can do some calculations to help evaluate the feasibility of a few options. This will likely involve doing a few cash flow calculations given my parameters (eg using a spreadsheet?). As some of the scenarios may involve a bank loan, the calculations will also need to have a compound interest formula so we can calculate bank repayments over a certain period of time, given different rates of interest and repayments etc. please let me know what you can do, and how many hours you think we should allocate for this, thanks
