We are currently in the process of launching our start up in London, and we are looking for some legal advice regarding our business.
Ill try to make this as clear as possible because of the tight word count.
What we do:
We Offer high street convenience stores and local super markets free coffee vending machines. In return the retailers are offered a 40% profit share. The idea is the machines will increase footfall and thus increase sales for the retailer as well as increase their cash-flow (since they will earn from the selling coffee)
What we need to know:
Any licenses that may be required with regards to placing the coffee vending machines in retailers both from our side and from the point of view of the retailers or convenience stores / local super markets that will have these vending machines in their establishments?
