I am currently in the process of writing my 2nd Vol. of a SAT prep book. I Need a writer who can select/write/pick/screen passages, create questions, and explanations for the reading section and writing and language section. The book will compose 10 sets and a set will include 5 passages in the reading section (10~11 questions per passage, 52 questions per set) and 4 passages in the writing and language section (11 questions per passage, total of 44 questions per set).
For this job post, applicants will be asked to "write" ONE passage for the reading section (with questions and explanations). The passage itself doesn't have to be creative, it could be a part of a novel, article, paper, speech, or news (But do site where the passage is from). BUT the questions and the explanations must be original.
This particular job post is a screening process to select only a hand full of writers for the MAIN project (budget $4000~) and is more of an interview, to see the quality of one's writing.
Sample reading section, writing and language section, and explanations are included. MIMIC all trends, characteristic, styles, and methods found in the sample.
Experience in this field recommended.
