Founded in Ireland in 2014, by 2 serial-entrepreneurs with eCommerce background, Trilogy Ads has operated its ad sales and agency business with triple digit annual growth rates. We are currently looking for a content marketing specialist to join our marketing team and help us lead the digital performance space. This is a full time position. This role will require an arduous marketing student that loves to create content like a journalist and thinks like a business owner. You want to understand our clients, the digital transformation of business and the opportunities in the online advertising space. Why work with us: You’ll be joining a team of vibrant professionals with decades of online advertising experience. You’ll be helping brands step up their marketing game. Key Roles: Help Articulate Content Strategy – Establishing content program and production process, content sourcing plan, keywords definition, voice definition etc Help develop Content Plan including CMS customization, metadata plan, marketing plan (including distribution and syndication of content) Create content and oversee Content Creation – white papers, articles, ebooks, infographics, case studies, guides, presentations, blog posts etc Social Media Marketing – creating, managing and growing the company’s presence in relevant Social Media channels Perform Content Audit to see which content pieces are working well and review metrics and analytics. Requirements: Passion from business, writing and story telling Great Research skills Journalism / Writing Experience (B2B writing experience preferred) Translate data into stories – create visualizations Business School major or has taken business courses. Project Management Skills (Prioritize, meet deadlines) and Team Work Abilities Experience with sharing content, analytics and insights, engagement optimization Experience with graphic production, photoshop, google analytics, HTML and/or Wordpress

It was a difficult decision to decide which career path I would take upon high school graduation as I had a passion for helping others and writing. We are often asked what a typical day in the life looks like for a Virtual Assistant. Well, typical is not a common word we use around here. Although, Virtual Assistant start and end work each day at the same time, and will steadily be working 40 hours a week, everyday is different for them. A Virtual Assistant day will depend greatly on the clients they have. Since Virtual Assistant work with 1-2 dedicated clients, they must adapt to different communication styles, personalities, and preferences. Virtual Assistant often manage large influxes of tasks, from multiple clients, which requires daily organization and prioritization. Some clients have heavy scheduling needs, others require help with deep research, making reservations, or scheduling appointments. Sometimes Virtual Assistant will handle one-off tasks, other times larger extended projects. Clients may be very consistent with the tasks they ask for, or they may be more sporadic—often needing their Virtual Assistant the be the proactive one in the relationship.
