Article submission

I need about 10 article to be submitted to top article directories. I will provide the 10 articles and they will need to be rewritten and then submitted to the directory. I do not have big budget so the project will probably go to the lower bidder. That said, I am expecting some quality article that would pass plagarism test. I will provide some keyword that will go into the article. Article should link back to my site. Articles need to be submitted and get approved before I will pay them. Payment would be made through paypal only. They will be an agreement that needed to be signed before works get started. I am looking for someone who have done this in the past. In your bid, please take a minutes to tell me what directories you will be submitting the articles to. You will have to respect those directory agreement service. You should not violate any of their rule while submitting article. Again, all article would be link back to my site. You will provide me with the log in you use to submit the articles. All article submitted are my property (my website). No violation of any rule please and NO PLAGARISM. Article cannot not be sell to anyone else. There will not be any partial payment and they will not be any down payment. Project will be paid once everything is done. That said, be sure, I will paid you for your job.
