A British organization is seeking an E-Learning Content Developer for an exciting contract/freelance opportunity. The suitable candidate should have an IT background and will possess strong ability to learn new concepts and content quickly. A flair for working with a variety of IT related course topics including IT Security, E-Commerce, Project Management and Business Analysis is highly desirable and essential for this position. The foundation material will partly be provided from a wide variety of sources for conversion into Lectures using creative methods with zero tolerance for plagiarism. In addition, certain scenarios will require content development from scratch including lectures, blog posts and articles. Appropriate coaching and orientation will be provided however the candidates are required to work on their own initiative and assume full responsibility of required deliverables. The ideal candidate will have excellent English Language skills (both spoken and written) and will be responsible for ensuring that the end result is proof read and ready for publishing. This opportunity is highly flexible with an immense growth potential and a highly likely possibility of long term relationship Please note, the selected candidate will be required to enter into a Non-Disclocure Agreement with and will work under work for hire arrangement. Proof of working on similar assignments will be helpful but not mandatory. A degree in IT or related subjects is preferable but appropriate experience can compensate for this requirement. Basic rate has been selected for this work as the assignment is more tuned towards deliverables and not the actual number of hours spent. We are open to discuss the complete work arrangement and corresponding remuneration directly with the suitable candidate.
