I creating website like

Main purpose in few words.

1. Student post homework assignment. (Text with attaches)

Set price he ready to pay.

2. Experts review assignments. And determine if they could finish this assignments. (And set price he need to finish this assignment).

3. Price accepted. If expert is trusted expert. For other expert need to aprove from site admin.

4. Admin select expert to work on this assignment.

5. Student paid for service.(Need to integrate with 2checkout will provide interface)

6. Expert finishing assignment. And upload to website.

(Expert admin and student comunicate using guestbook like comments like private messages in RAC)

Need to send e-mail messages and confirmations. To student and experts.

Using asp.net &MS SQL DB. I started it but not have a lot of time. I need somebody to help me with this project. I'll send source/DB and all details i've to prefered bidders. I need to use my source, and DB structure.

Also i'll work together with you. To completly understand source.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
