animation for road safety India - a

Looking for animators from India or former Soviet union / East European counties who can make public safety - driving videos og 150-300 seconds durations on well written stories given by me if your interested message me and i will give you a few sample videoes made by others to show what i mean. you do not need to add sound. just the animation. after video will need to add your name and URL to prove its made by you and 5 seonds of our name and URL as the owners of this. Must not contain any copyright of others. Will be used for education (private and public - youtube and other website shares). We need 5 such videos. Contents, length, etc can be discussed.
