Basic animation for scientific short video

I need a basic animation to illustrate a process that happens with a semiconductor material. When this material is exposed to light charges come to the surface allowing different chemical reactions in the surrounding elements. Total time would be around 30 to 40 seconds. But there are not to many different shots. The thing is really simple. Render must be done in 1080p 50p with a good quality codec. Style is up to you. All i need is to be clear in the exposed elements. I am attaching a pdf with the storyboard.
