Animation Project B

"Good artists, and Efficient animators" Need help draw animation concepts for a 2-3 minute show pitch. I have some concept images, and I'm open to artistic input. I think I want to follow rotoscoping animation methods. My key need right now is to produce animation scenes based on images and character drawings at a minimal cost. I need people who can 1) create character and scene drawings based on images I supply and own creative ability and 2) People who are proficient at converting a minimum set of drawings into moving images (rotoscopingesque techniques). I'm open to using a variety of animation formats and/or techniques. Inspirations: Habane Renmei, Archer, Heavy Metal (animation), Rock n' Roll Comics, animated 3D models of molecular structures, native art, Collins Cambell. At the moment budget is at "0", but I hope to bring that up soon. My initial question for a phase 1 task might involve asking what can be done with under $300 (hopefully will go up for further phases). I also offer contributors a long term stake in ownership of project. Please supply a few examples of your work or tell me what you can do. Ideally you can go far with minimal resources. Perhaps comment on your working style, innovative techniques of quick animations or creative artistic ability/inspirations.
