Create an animated video for my website(repost)

Hi, I'm looking to create an animated video for my website. I would like it to be in the same type of style as [[login to view URL]][1] and [[login to view URL]][2]. Please let me know if you are interested in designing this for me, and uploading it to my website. I have the script and the audio completed. SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY PLEASE! If you want to bid on this project, please provide a short mock up of what the animation, or character will look like. I'm sorry but I have already had an animator say that he can do this only to find out that he couldn't. Audio and script attached.
