build android launcher

We need to create a custom launcher for Android. We are happy to start out with a minimum product and expand the app as we have more features we want to add. This is the beginning section where we create a simple Android Launcher not unlike the default AOSP(Attached [login to view URL]) one, just with a few minor tweaks in terms of default app icon(already made) and background(Existing). If time and budget allow, we would like to be able to choose where apps go on the launcher by drag and drop into a grid pattern(Screen shot attached) and also allow the user to add remove apps from the launcher. We can supply an open-source base to work from as in the standard AOSP launcher 3 from google.
