i need a android app with 2 functions: FUNCTION 1 . app will collect phone contacts from installed phones. example if user install the app on phone, app will collect all phone contacts and will upload on my online database (app will create new table on my db and there will be all his/her phone contacts). _ app need to check for new numbers example every 7 days FUNCTION 2. I will have another database just with names and phone numbers online, so when someone is calling in phone and number is not registered on that phone then my app will show a popup or dialog or something like that and will show name of person that is calling (it will get from my db ) if number is not registered on phone and also is not on my db then will show dialog with message (number will be available soon on our db) after call ends (if number was not registered so my app show a dialog box) it will show an intersitial admob ads
