Defect System Loggin

The project is related to Construction project, that allow users (Buyer, Developer, Site Admin, Main Contractor, Sub Contractor, Quality Assurance) to log the defect about the construction site. workflow, two phases, 1-Construction phase, 2-Delivered Phase. During 1-Consturction phase, the Developer will log the defect using phone to take photo, and attached together in the Defect List log, and this will channel to Main Con to open the ticket and assign to the related Sub Con for rectification, once this is rectified, the Sub Con will prompt the Quality Assurance (QAQC) to make first checking, if the conditions is ok, then QAQC will log into the system, open the ticket, and trigger the RFI (Request For Inspection), and the inspection will carry out together with Developer, MainCon, QAQC to inspect, if ok, then case close, else the Sub Con will redo the rectification again. During the 2-Delivery Phase, the unit holder is the one who log the defect or Developer log this, once they got the complaint from the user. The Report Requirement. 1) The Transaction basis report List all the DL, DI, Geotag, DL Date (assume DI date = DL Date), SubContractor, Status and etc. It should allow the user to filter by SunContractor. 2) Detail Report, By Subcontractor by Category. List all Subcon, Geotag, DL Date, Remark and etc. 3) Critical Report by 5Days before 14Day Threshold. List SA, SubCon, Geotag, DL Date, Remark. 4) Critcal Report by 5Days before 28Day Threshold. List SA, SubCon, Geotag, DL Date, Remark. 5) Critical Report by Extended Day Report. List SA, SubCon, Geotag, DL Date, Remark. 6) Graph (Pie Chart by Geotag) and another 2. (We propose).
