Create web-services and modify the iOS and Android mobile apps to use them

I am looking for a freelancer who knows how to work with Symfony PHP. I have a website developed using Symfony2, and two mobile application (Android and iOS) for the same web application. The mobile applications were developed using Parse back-end. because I don't know how to work with Symfony. I want to create web-services to link the mobile application with the web application DB. The required actions are: 1- Log in, and getting and updating the user personal information (photo, email, phone) 2- get the user list of reflections. 3- create new reflection (get the types, get that type questions, store the answers) and upload attachments. 4- the system has a small comments (chat system) so get the previous conversation, and post new comment. 5- if the user is coach, get a list of users he is coaching, and view their list of reflection. I will discuss more details about what all of that means, and more details about the project with the rewarded freelancer. The web application is online, and I have the source code for all the applications mentioned above. Please don't bid if you are not sure that you can complete the project, Also if your bid is exceeding my maximum budget. I have about 3 weeks to complete the project. So as sum up, The project is developing the web-services, and change the Swift and Java code to get the data from the web-services instead of Parse.
