Build an basic app using Ionic (mockups provided)

We're looking for a developer to build an app using the Ionic framework: [login to view URL] We've added mockups of what the app should look like. Its an app for controlling an air cleaning unit. The mockups are for a first version, but we would like to improve this version with more functionality during oktober & november. Though this post is specifically for the first version and provided mockups.
The app should use our designed REST webservice that returns JSON. We have a swagger file that explains the available methods and a test login that can be used in combination with a test device. The swagger file will be given on accep
ting of the project.
The design doesn't need to be followed for appearance but its mostly there for functionality. Using basic ionic framework UI components is fine and the graph can be simplified a lot. The user will have to be able to login, control his device and view the air quality inside his house.
We've chosen specifically for Ionic framework because we have knowledge and experience using this platform. We prefer to be able to make small changes in case its time sensitive, other changes would be great if the accepted party can provide. We don't have a preference between ionic 1 and ionic 2.
We are available for support questions about the webservice and design Monday to Friday 8:30AM till 6PM GTM+2 Amsterdam. Not all functionality has been tested in production so there could be some none working components, but we'll resolve those as soon as possible.
The offering price is only for building the provided mockups. For future versions we will have to make a new arrangement. It would be great if the accepted party is available oktober and november to continue working on the app. We will continue to deliver mockups and webservice calls for the proces.
Deadline: 27th of september 2016. (Final app version: 30th of november)
