CRM Solution for Android Device

A Company is in the business of wholesaling and distribution to a customer base. Sales Associates make sales calls to their prescribed customer database. A mobile sales solution is required for implementation on a phased basis to permit customers to see our product database. 1. Phase 1 – Draft Completion and testing: 23/09/2013. Implementation 5/10/2013. a. Digital Catalog to accommodate 6000 products. i. Deliverables 1. Solution must be workable off-line and not be data dependent in the event that there is any disruption to the internet data. 2. Email/notification/chat to Sales Associates singly or group. 3. Changes to prices and inventory levels made on the ERP must be seamlessly integrated into solution to minimize any manual entries. 4. New products in the ERP should be automatically added to the Solution. ii. Catalog features: 1. SKU Picture. 2. SKU Price. 3. SKU Inventory level Indicator. Each SKU will have an indicator that says whether the product is “In Stock” or “Check Stock”. The determination of the indicator will be based upon pre-determined low level amounts. There must be the ability to hit “In Stock” or “Check Stock” to see the stock level. This must be password protected. 4. SKU Size. 5. SKU Product Number 6. SKU Finish. 7. SKU Item Number. iii. The Home Screen Must feature: 1. New Products. Products shall be deemed new products based on manual manipulation. 2. Specials. These are specially discounted Items. Price label for these items should include “Was $ ###.##” and “Now $ ###.##” 3. Items Discontinued. a. Deliverables. i. Account Receivables Statement. ii. Customer Balances. iii. Payment History. iv.
