Adobe Lightroom Wedding photography editing

I require someone to outsource my wedding photography editing to.
The files will be transferred to you as a smart preview for Adobe Lightroom and I will supply a basic preset but will require adjustments to be made to suit each photo including;
White balance
Exposure
Crop
Shadows/highlights
ETC + more
I am looking for someone who will take on approximately 20-30 jobs per year with approximately 600-1000 photos per job.
I will also require you do do some basic training with me to teach you my style of work so you must speak fluent English, complete jobs within an agreed time period and reply to emails fast.
You must supply previous work also.
