Adding a BigCommerce Category Panel to the Homepage

I want to add an extra panel to my BigCommerce homepage. This side panel needs to show all the new products in a specific Category I have created. At the moment, this is not possible through BigCommerce. The default side panels on the homepage can only show the New Products of the whole website and not the new products in a specific Category. I need the products in a specific category to be shown on the side panel on the homepage.
