In need of a complete financial package, for presentation purposes.
The financial package shall include the following:
Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, for years 2013, 2014, 2015, & YTD's.
Personal & Business Tax Returns, for tax years 2013, 2014, 2015.
You will be provided very limited data, but still must be able to compile these documents and makes sense.
You will be given the nature of the business, gross revenues for each year, total rent paid, payroll, cost of utilities, marketing cost, and some miscellaneous expenses.
The business structure is a Single Member LLC.
PLEASE NOTE: You must be able to compile these documents with the limited information described above. You WILL NOT receive supporting documents. Must be able to complete the above listed documents with the limited data provided. Commentary of the statements would be great, but not required.
