Hi, NOTE: i put per hour, but i'm not sure which system is best, ideally moving forward it can be a fixed amount job performed every months. We can discuss on this :) I'm starting to have an hard time keeping up with my personal accounting and I really need a skilled accountant / bookkeeper / analyst to help me out. Here's the overview: 1 bank account in euros in italy 1 investment portfolio in euros in italy 1 bank account in dkk in denmark 1 investment portfolio in dkk in denmark 1 e-wallet system in dollars Based on the above, i need to figure out: -Net Worth or total value of all the assets across the different accounts and portfolios -Net expenses across the different accounts and portfolios -Net revenues across the different accounts and portfolios -Expenditure by categories -Revenues by category -I will ask you to perform specific analysis moving forward Once I can rely on you, we can set up a system where I send you all the data at the of every months and you come back to me with all of the above. Besides, I need your advice on a system to keep track of expenses I do in cash. I need an app where i can note how much I have withdrawn from an ATM, from which account and from which card. Then as I go ahead spending the cash I have withdraw that day, I will note in the app all the expenses by taking pictures. At the end of the process, I would send you all the data, so that when you work on the reconciliation of my accounts and expenses you know the amounts to be categorized for each cash withdraw I make.
