Bookkeeper with XERO experience needed

Hi.. I am a certified professional(Equivalent to CPA) from India. I am having 3 years of experience in the field of accounting, bookkeeping, finance and auditing. I am already using Xero for accounting purpose of my clients. I will be available as per EST time zone but I am not sure how much amount should I quote for this work as the work scope is not clearly mention.
