Accounting Manager/Shipping Manager/Payroll Administrator.

Partnership individual and business Mgmt and Development Company seeks bookkeeper/personnel assistance. Asst. for the financial accounting of the company and network of affiliated holding companies. This position involves the record keeping & reconcilation of over 30 holding companies and 300+ rental units. Job will include utilization of Quickbooks for all holding companies, utilization of Yardi for the property mangement company accounting, rental property income & expenses, some limited leasing, and administrative duties. Attention to detail is of upmost importance. Excellent Excel skills & Quickbooks skills are a must. Yardi experience is a major plus. This is a small business and applicant must be willing to work largely unsupervised and be of the highest integrity for the management of investor funds.
