introduction - 10 secondary resources( journals books, 2 newspaper...no internet)-APA - should related to my research objectives I wrote it in the proposal(see attachment ) - themes and organization)include 4 important things in the research ( analyze, comparison, criticize and my opinion about the literature review) -conclution The research has various study objectives most of which can be successfully achieved through completion of the study such as: · To research the overall Emiratization in the UAE in the banking sector. It will help to mirror on why Emiratis prefer not to work in banks. In this process, other sub-objectives crop up as: 1. To show existing solutions does not work in UAE in banking sector why some solution of Emiratization that are not work very well with Emiratization in banking sector in UAE, what kind of problems causes for example employed Emiratis and replace them with foreign worker, it was not effective because for example employed Emiratis in privet sector specially in banks because of saturation in government sector. It was not effective because it cause 3 problems which are : salary , working hours , they made working in privet sector as a temporary jop until they get governmental job also that leads to increase the retirement from Emiratis employee in banking sector because of less motivation and they don’t want to have big responsibility as because the banking sector is very sensitive job and should be 11100% sure about their work. 2. To find out why local people don't like to work in the banking sector. 3. To look at what is the effect on the economy of having local people not working in the bank (economy factors). For example : cause unemployment for Emiratis. Also, employed foreign workers ( cause increase misappropriation of funds by expatriate worker 4.
