Dear Hiring Manager, I have read your description and the line that if the budget is more than $250, he shouldn't participate in the bid. But, I want to just present my proposal and explain why I am the best choice for this. I didn't write a CDR before, but some months ago I managed to get hired by someone for writing his CDR. So, this was my first experience in writing CDR. But before this, I had written several thesis and project reports for different clients and I charge a very high amount for these ($10-$15 per 100 words). CDR is quite different from the conventional report/thesis writing because in CDR we have to take well care of the instructions provided by Engineers Australia and the choice of words should be very sophisticated. As I already have written a report, which my client is getting approved by someone else before applying, and I have made more than 150 projects for local and international clients and have high skills in electrical engineering (you can have a look at my profile and read the wonderful reviews about me). With all these said, I think you should consider me if you don't have the budget problem. I would charge $15/100 words, and no negotiations regarding this. I am an electrical engineer. I have written my own CDR got EA approval. My medical is done and waiting for Visa Ihave several sample with me. I can do it very easily on time.
