Desktop Widget Needed

We are in need of someone who can build a Desktop Widget for our site that our viewers can download and put on their desktop. This widget will need to have a back-end control panel so we can push content to the widget on a daily basis. It also needs to have another function which we will explain to you. It needs to have a very sharp design, we will work with the developer to shape it's design (look and feel), but you must also have graphics experience. We would like this Widget built on the Konfabulator framework, but we are open to other options. PLEASE ONLY BID ON THIS PROJECT IF YOU HAVE BUILT SEVERAL WIDGETS AND ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE SAMPLES YOUR WORK. Thank you
