Dealer Site Works like MLM Site

We posted this again because of mistakes made in the original This site will be like any Database Driven site for tools or clothing auto parts etc. there will maybe 25 categories, and well over 200 items but the site builder or Website Designer will only add maybe 2 item per category to make sure it works well because this site will not only be database driven site but the items in question will be placed there by the original manufacture, let me explain, the Admin or (Master Dealer) of the site will send out a link to the Manufacture by email inviting them to join and post there item on the site, but it will not post until the Admin approves it, the original post should be saved under the posting manufactures profile. During the approval process the Admin will have the ability to keep the original Specs post or select disable for that field and place in new specs because sometimes there are mistakes or broken English so the Admin will be able to see original post and make correction in another fields that will be placed on the Public Site and the Admin will have the ability to replace photos and any other part but only the Specs should have the replace one field with another option. We need to be sure that the replaced info is only replaced on the Public site and the original stays under Manufactures posting profile and should stay like it is and only the Manufacture can edit that. So in this manner the site will slowly build up all it product line. The Manufacture will have the ability to post, Photos up to 5 per item and post CAD drawings, Video, PDF files. Now the MLM part the main page will have an area for people to just look at the products but on all public pages there will be buttons that say (find a dealer near you) this field should have the typical select state and zip code to filter to the nearest dealer, but the next button will say (become a Dealer) this site will allow any business to become a dealer all they do is sign up inter all there info Name, address, phone, etc. logo and other fields needed to duplicate the whole site to there own just like MLM at the bottom of the page click generate site and that’s it after we approve it the dealer will automatically have there own site and again every thing that had the site owner or Admen’s name will now just have the dealers info. There will be a section in the website where the dealer can design his own business cards and again all the info from original sign up fields will post again here so he can prints cards direct from the site or choose to click send order to [login to view URL] , The dealer can’t edit any of the photos or descriptions of the posted products. The Anmin site will be will be [login to view URL] and when the dealers site is generated the dealer will place a name in 3 fields and the site will use one of the 3 starting the the first field if it is avalible if not moving to the next and generating there site name [login to view URL] for example. The site should have the ability to hide and unhide any field as well as do not allow to edit and do allow to edit this should be very easy to do and just like the Manufactures product postings will be listed in the product profile the Dealers will have all there info and site under there profile so should something need to be changed all the Admin need to do is go under any Dealer and make the change and apply to just that dealer or apply to all dealers. The site should have a message system; the dealers can have the option to have a shopping cart if needed. And when a customer places an order with any dealer there will be a copy of that order sent to the Admin and the Admin will have the ability to see any and all messages sent to and from the Dealers should there be need to solve any disputes the Admin can see what was said. Other than the Dealers ordering requirements the site will remain free for now but we would like the ability to charge for membership and the ability to collect payment for membership to be built into the site but disabled for now. The site should also have a back-up system. As the site may seem very complex it is just a collection of modified MLM tools and a good Database.
