cashback marketing

Hi I would like you to quote to build our online recording marketing system using a card details. Its a four level marketing system that allows businesses or property sellers to use to help sell their wares. The system has: Marketing levels. Bronze 10% cash back Silver 20% cash back Gold 50% cash back Diamond 100% cash back Each level gives a different cash back amount. The amount back is determined by the seller IE what level he uses. The buyer also can take early redemption at anytime after one month and the amount is determined by our calculations. They can take early redemption over a period of 7 years and once taken their account closes. The seller can also get their marketing fee back over the same 7 year term. I would like to have an online recording system so that the seller can register and also a buyer - each independently. For instance. I want to buy a new conservatory, I find a company that uses our system, I have one of our cards, the card has a unique number which is registered to me. I buy a conservatory with the gold marketing level - this gives me 50% of my cost back over A PERIOD OF 7 YEARS. I am offered an early redemption amount - this amount will increase each year until I can get the full amount at the end of the 7th year. I give the salesperson my card, they go online to register my purchase by inputting the details of the same, inputting the full amount of the sale and clicking on the gold marketing level. The system then updates my back office with the details of my purchase along with my pending free reward as its free until the seller pays their gold marketing fee. When that happens, my free reward changes from pending to being available. the amount will increase each anniversary. The company - us - will have control over all clients, both buyer and seller. We have an agents that introduce sellers to the system, each agent will have a unique ID number, when they bring on a seller, the sellers business is given that ID number so that all the sales through that seller are tracked to that particular agent and the commission goes there. There are other higher levels of management that also receive a commission. There is a redemption bonus system that is paid out to each of the agents when a customer takes early redemption because the amount of free reward is less than what was taken from the seller at the time of sale for their marketing subscription. Is this something you could build for us please? I already have it built in ASP.net but it does not have the card system attached. I am sure these files could be converted or? So to wrap up, I am looking to use a card with a unique number and for sellers to use that number to record their sales and attach 1 of 4 marketing levels with a different amount of free reward to the customer which if not taken rises each year until the 7 year term. There is an agent programme that earn commission from each sale. They too would have a back office to show invoices issued and pending commission based on those invoice amounts and those invoices that have been issued and paid and shows the amount of commission paid.
