Digital Voting System

Information required from interested parties to develop a high end digital voting system. System must have very high security and data encryption. Would need to work on digital booths and use GPRS for sending data. I would suggest the use of MS SQL as a database and ASP.NET for the user interface. Would need experience in developing handheld solutions and data encryption to magnetic/chip cards.

Would need to be multi site compiled to a central database.

This is a large project and would only suit companies/individuals with the ability to make it a success.
