Development & Support of Accounting Software Program

I am looking to hire an individual initially for a period of one year to develop and support source code which I have for a fully integrated accounting software system which I intend to market, sell and implement initially in the United States and Canada. The individual selected will have an opportunity to be sponsored into the United States (if desired). The software has 2 versions a VB.Net version and an ASp.net version. The accounting software is comprised of the following modules: General Ledger ,Accounts Receivable,Accounts Payable,Purchase Orders,Sales [login to view URL] Control,Job Costing, Payroll,Human resources,Foreign Currency Translation, Customer Relations Management The software is very strong in inventory module-multiple warehouse, multiple bin within warehouse, unit of measure conversion, Kits, multi-level bills of material, Color/size matrix, multiple price levels, customer & vendor specific pricing, 32 character part/sku/item/msnufacturer number. I am targeting those customers who have outgrown QuickBooks and Peachtree but do not want to pay the price of the higher priced products such as MAS90, Solomon, Great Plains etc. The VB is very stable and needs some modification such as screen sizing, integration of CRM with customer master and modification to bank reconcilition module and cleanup of reports. It needs less than 30 days work in order to be released. The ASP.Net Version is in alpha right now and needs alot more work. We will be looking at about 4-6 months before it will be ready for release. Much of the functionality from the VB version needs to be added to the ASP version I have already incorportated the company "Cloud Accounting Solutions"' have developed the website [login to view URL] (to be released in 10 days), created all the marketing materials and sales materials I am looking for an individual to develop and support the product. I intend to start selling the VB version while the development team works on the ASP version. There are very few ASP.Net solutions in the marketplace today and I think development of this version will generate the most revenues in the long term. I am looking for a long term committment.
