Customers, Stock and Service Management

Would be a web based application. • Following Features would be included in the Application o In house Stock inventory, user based access would allow you to  Enter new products with their detailed information and a picture as well  Make changes into existing products  Delete any discontinue product  Print Reports based on products availability, cost, size or any other specification. o Customer Database, would allow you to  Enter new Customers with detailed information about them  Distinguish big guy’s customers (Brick or so) to offer them Filter services in the future.  Modify any details about any customer.  Produce and print reports based on any service or products provided to customers.  Quick report for Filter expiry date based on all customers. o Service and Sales, would allow you to  Enter the captured information about the service call.  Update customer information or add new customers based on new Service calls.  Once call completed, enter all the details about the service provided as well as billing information for keeping track of finance.  Pull up service call history form any customer to see all services provided to that customer.  System would also produce, track and store invoices for service and sales. o Users Management, would allow you to  Add, Modify or Delete any user for this application  User Password rest process would be handled by sending email links and resetting passwords.  Should be able to define admin and regular users Products Specs needs to be captured: We would carry two types of products; One would be water filters which would have the following information: Image – must be up loadable with size and file type restrictions. Product Name, Model, Make, Height, Weight, Width, price Overview or description (this should be a free text which can be typed in or be filled by copy paste). This should allow bullet points copy and pastel as it is. Under this section we will collect the following information: Image – must be up loadable with size and file type restrictions. This should allow bullet points copy and pastel as it is. Customer’s info needs to be captured: All standard fields like first name, last name, address, ph. Email cell city province etc. Customer Type personal, commercial Customer affiliation: none or any big store name Customer products information Washer: make model year any repair history Dryer, fridge, stove, oven, Furnas etc. More detailed information and scanned sample documents would be provided to the selected Development team. This would be done using ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server. NOTE: any DLL or pre compiled library would be required as editable source code as well (expect the standard MS libraries and components.).
