C # ASP API XML Integration Needed

We need someone that is very skilled and communicates very well in English. (MUST COMMUNICATE VERY WELL IN ENGLISH!) Been there done that! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Only English speaking and USA based programmer need apply. NO EXCEPTIONS! The project consists of programming a dll C+ .NET Class Library component to work web based online. Need also login and back area for users. This component will need to convert html (screen capture) to video. Also need API with Google user authorization API. This is a simple project for someone that knows what they are doing. Simple 3 part set up. We will provide component and api information needed for this project. Programmer must work very closely with us on a hourly bases if need be. We like to see the progress as programmer works. The more updated you keep us the better.
